METHOD: Mix 250g Hajiya’s Chin Chin Mix with 1 large egg, 2 1/2 tbsp of melted butter, and 6 tbsp of milk. Knead the mixture into a dough for about 2-4 minutes, and lightly sprinkle your board or surface with some flour. Roll the dough into a thin sheet and use a knife or a pizza cutter to dice the dough into small pieces. Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in a sauce pan to 190 degrees C (375 F). Add some of the diced dough into the hot oil, stirring frequently, until golden brown. Leave to cool completely before serving.
